Jeannie Schryer’s Banana Nut Bread

cups flour ]
1
½ cups sugar ] Mix together.

teaspoon salt ]

teaspoons baking soda ]
¾
cup vegetable oil ]
3
eggs ] Add to dry mixture.
1
teaspoon vanilla ]
2
cups mashed bananas (the blacker the better)
2
cups nuts
Use
mini loaf pans for best results. Grease
pans.
Bake
at 350 deg. in electric oven, 345 degrees gas oven for 45 – 50 minutes or until
knife comes out clean.
If
using a 13” x 9” pan, bake at 345 deg. or 350 deg. (depending on the oven) for
20 minutes. Then lower the temperature
to 320 deg. or 325 deg. for another 20 to 25 minutes.
