Thanksgiving

I had a yearning to take a train trip over Thanksgiving so called up my two boys and they were both up for it. It was a circuitous journey to get both me from Dallas and Gabe from Seattle to White Settlement Junction, Vermont. But after several plane flights, a rental car and a near miss for the train, we made it! Our ultimate destination was Philadelphia, PA, which meant we were on the train for 11 hours (on Thanksgiving Day, no less) but we had a blast!
It had snowed 6 inches in New Hampshire where Nick goes to school but we were only there for a little while :) No problems with the train.
