Mini Ham and Swiss Cups

Ingredients
2 1/2 ounce package deli ham, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 C shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp pepper
8-oz tube crescent rolls

Directions
  1. Combine ham and onion.  Add egg, cheese, mustard and pepper.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls, press dough into a single large rectangle.
  4. Cut rectangle into 24 squares.
  5. Press dough into 24 lightly greased mini muffin cups.
  6. Fill muffin cups with ham mixture.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden.
