Hawaiian Style Blueberry Cream Cheese "Pie"

Filling:
1 package 8-ounce cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pint whipping cream
1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Cream cheese and sugar, add vanilla and lemon juice.  Beat whipping cream with the cream of tartar, until soft peaks form.  Fold into cream cheese mixture.  Chill for about 20 minutes.  Pour into baked pie shell and cover with blueberries.

Crust:
1 block butter 
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup walnuts
1 1/4 cup flour

Cream sugar, butter and flour; add nuts.  Bake in a 9 x 13 pan, 375 degree for 20 minutes.
