Mongolian Beef (Fusayo Sakasegawa Scannell)

Flank steak (or any other cut of meat)
1/4 tsp Chinese five spices
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 C shoyu
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame seed oil
Some wine or sherry, if desired

Score meat to tenderize it.  Can also marinate in green papaya.  Then marinate for 15 to 30 minutes in above mixture.  Broil.
